The administration Department at FUIC is responsible for maintaining all utilities at the campus such as electric supply, gas supply, water distribution, HVAC system and civil works. The department also supervises, from a technical aspect, the construction work carried out by contractors on different projects awarded.
The FUIC campus is spread over a wide area. The department has a dedicated staff from the fields of electrical and mechanical engineering, HVAC and civil works that are keen to provide prompt customer service.
The administrator office ensures smooth functioning of college administration as the Incharge of Administration, to look after for all administration, financial, student affairs.
To coordinate the admn affairs related to the functioning of the departments, administration departments, Teaching Hospital, Foundation University and Fauji Foundation Head Office.
Responsible to the Principal for Financial planning, monitoring and maintenance of Accounts through Accounts Officer.
Responsible to the Principal for transparency and fair play in all admission/entry of students and ensure implementation of policies/criteria as enumerated by the FUIC. Coord all matters pertaining to FUIC and PM&DC.
To act as a link between faculty and parents/guardians on all aspects of studies/performance and conduct of students/discipline.
Formulate, implement and execute policies on discipline and conduct of the students, faculty and staff as directed by the Principal.
The Department of General Administration Services provides the following services to the FUIC community:
• Car Entry Stickers
• Transport Facility to the FUIC Community
• Estate Management
• Classroom Attendants
